Mag'har Orc still bugged?

For some time on the beta anytime I made a new orc then went in game they had a major bug that didn't show their forearms also I heard from players that they couldn't finish some of the beginning quests can someone please tell me they fixed these bugs cause I want to play one on beta and thank you.

The forearms bug is definitely fixed. I haven't heard anything positive or negative regarding the beginning quests, so one could interpret that as that bug possibly being fixed.
