Apparently my girlfriend was able to tame one of the other colors. I'll see if I can get screenshots from her when she's awake but the other colors become active during the world quest.

Yeah my husband (we're a poly fam) mentioned the gf had the copper-black one and I was like "No way!"

From what he says, the WQ has to be up for the color to change, otherwise it's the default red.

Interesting, though that isn't how it is/was intended to work. The colors were supposed to rotate on a daily basis, but either that was changed or it isn't working properly. Either way, glad to know that there is some way to tame another color

Yeah she says the WQ has to be active and it's random which color will be available.

A clarification, are you talking about wq in the US? because in Europe I do not see any ..
Or maybe I miss some mission (although I did all of the tortolians)

I don't think it has spawned in the US. I've been doing every WQ, every day, and haven't seen it. Maybe it has in Europe or elsewhere.

It's nice the WQ is finally up, but I really hope they change this to make each color activate randomly at any time. During the WQ the mob is camped by so many people that taming it is pretty much impossible. Hopefully the crowd will be gone later tonight.

Yep, just spawned in the US

If your server is like mine, its complete chaos right now. If you have people hitting the mob while you are attempting to tame it, you have to mass spam your tame command. You will get interrupted but that's unavoidable when its taking damage.

WQ seems glitched, green one spawned twice then just the red one after and continued to spawn. Going to try again later.

So my gf was right, haha! Green kitty is a go go!

I've got the suspicion that, even if the WQ is currently active, if you have already completed it and are the first to engage the technician, the Sabertron that gets activated will always be the red one.

Yeah. We tweeted an hour or two before them. I guess they discovered it independently since they never credited that.

It's definitely tamable. Picked it up at 8:30pm last night. Didn't realise there was a question over the ability to tame it, otherwise I'd have been on here to confirm for folks
