Think we'll ever get a non-mech sheep?

I literally have my significant other saying they'll play a hunter if he can tame some actual sheep. Loves em!

Think there is anything we can do with the beasts in Stormsong Valley?

I'd tame one.

Maybe not the soft and fluffy kind - they tend to avoid things that look like soft farm animals. Like, some of the fat pigs were tameable on the Beta but that was fixed.

But I could see them making the ram model tameable. They aren't that different to goats.

Blizz logic: caterpillars are fine, they don't have any apparent means of defense, but they're fine, they have 1 pixel but they're fine, they were clearly a critter model and that was back in MoP, but they're fine. Beautiful, hi res sheep and pigs and alpacas that could at least kick something? Nope. Grubs that just got a model update and have huge pointy teeth and use the same skeleton as the aforementioned caterpillars? Nope.

Yeah, blizzlogic is great.

True, though the caterpillars (and porcupines) were not originally intended - they were accidental tames on the Pandaria Beta that players loved, and the designers decided to retain because they wanted to be nice. If we try to use that against them, and expect every 'fun' tame to be consistent with the caterpillar decision, then they'll probably just stop acting on whim entirely :/

I really wish they would add rams to the 'goat' family. They would fit in just fine! And I would *LOVE* for this on my dwarf!
