Loque'Nahak is up ALOT on my server

So I recently transferred to Wyrmrest Accord, probably misspelled that, because I wanted to move to a roleplay server, I frequently check rares on here that are the super camped ones. Loque is almost constantly up on this server in War Mode, If you guys want to add me I normally am on for atleast an hour from 7:30 PM-8:30 PM Pacific time during the week and alot during the weekend, My Battle Tag is Rippir#1476.
When I say alot by the way I mean I've sat and watched him for an hour and no one even flew by him, this was like 8 PM to 9 pm . Where I came from , Malfurion, you can't go ten 10 minutes without someone doing a loop passing by for Loque.
And I've sat next to him multiple times like this just waiting to see who would come get him.
