Banescale the Packfather - rare lizard

Has anyone managed to tame this

The theory seems to be he spawns after killing Siltstalker the Packmother but ive done that 5 times now and not once has Banescale spawned? is there more required to force the spawn?

I'm not sure. He seems to spawn less than 50% of the time after she dies. Probably even less. He does, exist though!

It took me probably about 30-40 kills of Siltstalker to tame Banescale. I only saw him spawn twice, and the first time he was immediately attacked by somebody else and I couldn't get aggro to tame. I've spent the last several days on this but thank goodness it's over.
