8.3 is just around the corner, and we're sure to get some juicy new tidbits of information during Blizzcon. A few noteworthy mentions in the developer preview include two new allied races, the sleeping city of R'lyeh, a new mythic dungeon affix that allows content skipping, and a new 1-5 player dungeon/scenario that requires a Legendary Cloak (OH GOD NOT AGAIN) to help clear it. Wrathion is returning, and so are plenty of old faces like the easily-forgotten Ra'den. Once the PTR is up, let's use this thread to discuss whatever we find, and later on split it into lore discussions and pet discussions, if they even remember Hunters exist.

Jade Watcher - Rare, Level 120, Jade Quilen skin, Located at Ruins Rise (Cave, Stationary) in Vale of Eternal Blossoms (See Page 2)

The Vale of Eternal Blossoms will be restored to how it was prior to Garrosh unleashing the Sha upon it.

The Vale and Uldum will be the two locations assaulted by N'zoth, since they both house Titan facilities that pose a threat to him.

Legendary Cloaks by Wrathion



Horrific Visions are meant to be similar to the Mage Tower or the Chromie Scenario.

Classes for Vulpera: Hunter, Mage, Monk, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, Warrior. All of these except Warlock make sense.

Classes for Mechagnomes: Hunter, Mage, Monk, Priest, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior. Priests do not make a lot of sense for Mechagnomes.

Vulpera require you to be exalted with the Voldunai and to have completed the Loremaster for Vol'dun. Mechagnomes require you to have completed the Mechagon storyline and to be exalted with the Rustbolt Resistance.

Blackrock Depths will be the next Pet Battle dungeon.

I really like that they made it possible to solo the upgrades to the new Cloak. I hate grouping with other than my husband so this suits me fine

The Uldum Accord and the Rajani are two new factions.

Mechagnomes will get a Mechanostrider. Vulpera will get a hyena.

There is a new Void Dragon mount. Presumably there is another Abyss Worm mount. Another Ji-kun mount. There will also be an alpaca mount.

Vulpera Racials

Fire Resistance: Reduces Fire damage taken by 1%.
Make Camp: Make a camp at this location. Can only be used outdoors.
Return to Camp: Return to your camp. 1 Hour Cooldown.
Nose for Trouble: When you first take damage from an enemy, reduce that damage by 5% of your maximum health.
Runmage your Bag: Change your chosen tricks. Now where did you put that...? [NYI]
Vulpera Survival Kit: You have a chance to find an additional satchel of goods when you kill a humanoid.

Mechagnome
Combat Analysis: You gather and analyze combat data every 5 sec, increasing your primary stat by 50, stacking up to 8 times. The data decays while out of combat.
Hyper Organic Light Originator: Summon Organic Light duplicates to distract your foes.
Mastercraft: You function as a personal Blacksmithing Anvil, Cooking Fire, and Mining Forge. In addition, your limbs include every profession tool.
Re-Arm: When you fall below 20% health, heal for 20% of your maximum health. This effect cannot occur more than once every 1.5 min.
Re-Attached: You've recently Re-Armed and cannot benefit from it again.
Skeleton Pinkie: Allows opening of locked chests and doors that require a skill level up to 100.

I have to say, the racials of the base races really needs to be updated. They are weak compared to these.

I'm gonna wait til wowhead posts em, but in the dungeon journal, there's some sweet scarab and bee models during the "Hivemind" boss fight in Ny'alotha. Here's hoping for some Aqir-styled hunter pets.
