Naroua tame doesn't need the talbuk meat

So I went on my hunter to tame Naroua, the final color variation of the panthara and realized she doesn't require you to throw meat at her to tame her. I used my last meat and she didn't react to it all (and then someone came and killed her since her WQ was up). SO I went and farmed some more, returned and tried two more times. On the third time I decided to just tame her anyway even if she didn't react to it and I got her! Tried to tame one of the ordinary pantharas without the meat and nothing happened as usual.
I also tamed her a second time without any meat on the ground, just to be sure and I got her. Not sure if this is a bug or intended, but go ahead and tame her for now without farming talbuk meats or buy them of the AH!
