If it was a pet that I had been dying to track down and tame?

You can bet I'd be like "OMG HAVE TO TAME BRB!"

And my boyfriend would totally understand. xD

I'd probably be raiding...
I mean, of course I'd tame!
*Looks around suspiciously.*

If you cant find a man that understands a womans right to tame, then he is not worth it :P

I wouldn't. I know I'm totally going against the current, but after missing out on lord knows what else in the game because of my son's very unpredictable needs and urges, the game has really, truly become secondary. There will be another spawn.

I'd probably be regretful though. About the missed tame, I mean, not about the uninterrupted business. ;)

Don't have a boyfriend so it's not a problem, and since I play mostly at the time my dad is asleep, I haven't had problems doing something else then finding out a rare I want pops up.

Chances are, if things were *ahem* happening while you were camping, your significant other would already know what you'd been up to and thusly, the interruption would be expected. Besides, why would your partner want your mind wandering elsewhere? xD Under those circumstances, you could do the tame quickly and get back to business with no further interruptions. (This is of course with the understanding that you and your SO have that kind of understanding; if not, well, there's other issues at hand here.)

Were the interruption of something more pressing or time-sensitive (heh, I mean like your kid setting the rug on fire or something!), then that would be a different story...

If my gf was doing this I would consider the tame interruption a good time to get some snacks and drinks. Probably some wine to celebrate :headbang:

Yeah I'm not sure why this is being framed as an either/or question.....

Depends on if it's someone really distracting, like King Krush. xD

Your approach to the question is the problem =)

Why would you have to "leave" the computer/computer area to "get busy" in the first place? Options include:
Chair
Floor
Blanket
Desk (move the keyboard and mouse first ;-)

No need to stop just for a tame and no need to miss a tame. Besides, it'd likely add some spice to the same 'ol and have your significant other look forward to your "taming" attempts =)

Lmao, this topic has made me laugh so hard xD

I think I would tame, but only if it was something I had been camping, not for just a random rare spawn. I love my nookie time. :D
