In honour of Shadowlands, and in hopes of a better 2021 for all of us, I'm going to give away some Blizzard shop sale mounts to our community.
All you have to do is reply to this post with a screenshot of you with your very favourite Shadowlands pet tame so far. All Shadowlands tames can be viewed in our guide. The deadline is 04 January. Please also mention your region and which reward you'd like if you win.

To be eligible you have to have been registered on this forum before I posted this message, as it's intended as something nice for the community and not a recruitment drive Recipients will be selected randomly. If I select you, you can choose one shop sale mount or two shop sale pets/toys, providing the shop allows them to be gifted. I *think* that applies to all existing ones, except for that new Woof Pack bundle (I really wanted to do a dog-themed promo using that bundle, but it won't let me gift it ) The shop list is here.

Fun fact, my cat takes the weirdest screenshots. I just went through my wow folder and most of the ones in there were from the cat stepping on the keyboard.

I also use this pet a LOT, so I'd say its tied as a favorite, plus I like this screenie.

US Server/Llane (I think this is what you were asking for Wain?), hoping for a Vulpine mount.

Though I don't get to use it much, as tenacity falls short compared to the value of Ferocity in my group of friends (none of us play shaman or mage), I have to say this "bird" grew on me the fastest. I was already enamored when these cloudstriders were datamined, as it reminded me of my favorite petpet from my Neopets days, but it just continually grew on me. A bird, but also a horse; what a weird yet charming combination! My only regret is that I can't mount one. Maybe in 9.1 or whenever the Bastion raid happens (if it happens)?

Honorable mention to shadehounds, which I FIRMLY believe are humanoid souls being forced to run on all fours. Just look at the shadowy bits and you'll see!

EDIT: Region is US. If I i were to be picked, I'd like the Vulpine Familiar.

I absolutely love these creatures, they just embody the Kyrian fantasy so well to me. Don't get to use it much, and I still haven't come up with the right name for her, but wow is she gorgeous.



Edit: I am on US realms and if I win, would prefer the Steamscale Incinerator (missed its promo!)

this is one of my top 5 pets, it’s the vilebone ravager. This pet is unique in its own way, not only its undead, it wears a helmet, and I can say he has a concussion, since ferocity lack all the good looks, I can stick with the vilebone ravager whenever I need a leech, I love dinosaurs so he is my buddy, and I love to pair him with my death roc which gets along pretty well, not even dunegorger tops a devilsaur with a concussion

Edit-I’m US West coast, gurubashi server, and I definitely want the luminous starseeker, and if anything, send it to the character pictured with my pet

I know it may seem very silly.. But I have ALWAYS wanted to tame camels. ALWAYS. Ever since I first laid eyes on them I knew I had to get one.
And finally.. FINALLY that day came. My Vulpera was the first one to fly out and get one. MEET LINDA.

SO FAR, this is my only Shadowlands tame. I've been mostly on my Druid... But I play to run through with my hunters a bit more later on.
As for now, I am more than delighted to FINALLY have a camel.
Tell me that isn't the most beautiful face ever.
Go on.
I dare you.
They're so derpy and I love them.
I just don't understand why they weren't tameable sooner.

I've tamed a few new pets here and there, but the one who's taken me most by surprise is this lovely boy. The new foxes are incredibly cute in their animation, and I just love how soft and pearly this one is! So happy to see new foxes, too.



Edit- I'm in the Americas/US servers and I'd be getting the Dreadwake, though specifically I'd love to have it sent to my girlfriend 8)

There were so many awesome pets this expansion but my favs are still the Cloud Serpents!! (but I also love the Vulpins!)

What fun to see everyone's favourite tames! Such an eclectic bunch!

I have several hunters who all have their new SL favourites, but the one that I bonded with immediately was this beautiful Tauralus. The unarmored Tauralus is one of my absolute favourite WoW models ever, so I suppose it comes as no surprise that I am so enamoured.

Edit: I am on EU realms and would like a Luminous Starseeker mount if I am picked.

I have not tamed many pets in SL (for now), but my favorite without a doubt is Kala, and that before I tamed Basiforos, but when I made the chain of Kala, I picked up his pillow, his ball (full of drool xd) and his favorite doll, I remember a lot of kitten.



And she has become my partner during this expansion (decided).

To take a decent photo has cost me, I play with all minimum resolution, and uploading it to take a normal average photo almost makes my PC explode, I was going at 3 fps and it has been difficult to get a photo, that's why Yogi (my old pet from the lich) comes out as if trying to see some fish ...

Yo no he domado muchas mascotas en SL (de momento), pero mi favorita sin duda es Kala, y eso que antes dome a Basiforos, pero cuando hice la cadena de Kala, recogi su almohada, su pelota (llena de babas xd) y su muñeco preferido, me acorde mucho de gatita.

Y ha pasado a ser mi compañera durante esta expansion (decidido).

Para hacer una foto decente me ha costado, yo juego con resolucion todo minimo, y subirlo para hacer una foto medio normal casi hace que mi PC explote.

Como siempre, pido perdon por mi ingles de traductor automatico...

These would be mine...one was fairly easy to get, yet beautiful. The other, certainly harder to get to tame, but more than worth it. Both go perfectly with my Kyrian theme. #GloryToBastion

Absolutely love Kunchong and the Aqir Goliaths, they look so damn cool.

My favorite is absolutely Rei Lun. Ever since I saw that model back in Mists I found it awesome. So happy some of them are tameable now!
