Anyone know what's going on with the Green / Friendly state 'Suspicious Vulpin' in ardenweald?

It is believed that it is tied to a secret of some sort, but no one has figured out yet what that secret is.

There is a inspectable wildseed near by it but it doesn't seem to do anything either. Very suspicious indeed!
