I just don't understand why the "Snake" would be so pissed off. It's obviously not a snake. As the pig pointed out, it's got legs.

When information on the new gen pokemon came out, it was found that the green one is officially classified as a 'Snake Pokemon'. x)

yea that's pretty much what its about. My friend and I found out he was a snake Pokemon and couldn't believe it. He also has a very snide and funny look about him. Then I thought well if he was a real snake he'd probably eat the pig and the otter thing which was so silly I wanted to vector it and send it to my friend. I'll defiantly have him as my starter pokemon.

He looks so pompous and snooty. I think the line under his eye gives the impression of a monocle. Also the popped 'collar' and the smug nose-lifting-in-air adds to that effect. xD

EDIT: I just realized who he reminded me of! Excalibur from Soul Eater.

Tsutarja is quite the odd one >_>. He goes hand in hand with a Squirtle line - they're classified as Shellfish Pokémon!
