Pet renaming: that name is reserved...

So I have used the Certificate of Ownership twice, reloaded ui, relogged, & keep getting:
"That name is reserved. Enter a new name."
For the name: Cookie, Cookíe, Cookìe, Cookîe, Cookïe, including all the variations on "e", had to accent an ''o'' to get it.
I was pretty sure you could name your pet whatever you wanted varying on the name, I don't ever recall there being a 'reserved name' was this recently included in a patch or something?
