To note, you can also climb up the right side, in 3-4 Door of Shadows. It's just a bit more tricky.

Use this every 30 minutes. When you get the buff "You feel that the words are going to jump off the pages..." - IMMEDIATELY run to Tahkwitz. It only lasts 10 minutes, but it makes it so every 5-6 jumps, you jump SUPER high. In combination with a glider or disengage, you can get up in a few jumps. (If you need the Enchanting Vellum but dont wanna go back to town, if you have the transmog yak, it sells it.)

OR you can combine that with:

Which, despite saying it only works in the Maw, also works in Zereth Mortis. So if you get the super Jump from the Necro-nom-i-nom, then use the Brimstone at the height of your jump, you can go all the way to the top with a glider.

Likewise, it works well without the necronominom, but it's a viable way to get to Tahkwitz if you are keen on not going Venthyr, and don't mind waiting for the 20 minute cooldown on the toy 1-2 times.

nice! I used my darkmoon cannon on the peak of that triangle archway nearby + a goblin glider to tame mine. though this method would have been much easier if i had known about it xD
