Tanking Question

I have two toons that have tank spec. Demon Hunter, and Druid. So far, I find the Demon Hunter far more easy to play on. I find the Druid tank has a steep learning curve. There is so much that always need to be up, and just doing normal content, I found it was harder to keep my health up, vs my Demon Hunter. Would this be normal, or is it something I'm doing wrong ?
