Help needed for ideas for dragon bios :D

Im in the middle of renaming, rearraging and combing through my lair to get a better feeling of my dragons.

And im in need for inspiration.

asking help with one dragon at a time because its such a huge project.
I got one dragon who has this quote under his name "Hunger drives the wolf out of the wood" - now i would love a poem/song/story about a hungry wolf in his bio but nothing too spooky/spirit/undead/ stuff nor too cute in it. I dont wan the one with the two wolfes inside you.. dont feel it fits..... the dragon in question is this dude. I KNOW i want the quote so need something to fit...


He eventually will need a new name so dont pay attention to his name. I been searching A LOT and find nothing really good i want to use

If you got ideas feel free to post them here. Once i find something perfect i prob ask for help for the next dragon

I'm not good at writing bios, but the quote made me think of Sharp Teeth, a novel about werewolves in Los Angeles written in free verse!

the numbers of poems, songs and short stories ive read.. my poor head.. how can it be so hard to find a song or poem which is actually about a wolf and not some sort of symbol or childrens verse or weird song...

You dont need to be good at bios If you saw, heard or read a good poem, short story (very short), or song which would fit the quote about a hungry wolf let me know

I tried to write something myself but Im NOT a great writer.. i wrote this

Hidden in the forest I prefer to stay
But hunger drives me out of the wood.

Near man I dont like to come
But hunger drives me out of the wood.

They say Im mean
They say Im evil
But its only hunger which drives me out of the wood.

They say i eat children
I only eat lambs and sheep
for hunger drives me out of the wood.

Man scratches his dog behind the ear
whilst I try to come closer
for hunger drives me out of the wood.

I only want to provide for my cubs
hunger drives me out of the wood.

Im afraid of mans firesticks
but hunger drives me out of the wood.

I only bite man to protect myself
for hunger drives me out of the wood.

Dont fear the wolf, we prefer the shadows
but hunger drives us out of the wood

These two are going to be a pair.. I think... I like Arachnia´s name (the tundra) but I think the poem is a little evil and eventhough my dragons looks spooky and mean I dont like the evil tones



Vermon defo need a name change but to what... and what should be in their bios? I dont mind something spidery but not with evil/spirit/violent themes in them.. it´s oki it´s indicate indirectly but nothing direct..


I know im picky but hoping that some of you guys reads a lot so maybe you come across something I can use

Anansi is a spider folktale character. He is known for his knowledge and for being a trickster!

There was too much religion/superstition stuff sadly..

I decided to go another route since I could not find anything I wanted on spiders
