Dire Beast Customisation
With Dire Beast as a possible Big Investment in the new talent trees, what beasts does it actually summon and are there glyphs and things to customise what gets called up? I recall there used to be glyphs to make them all from your stable, or all spiders, or the like?
(Also, any good sources for hunter talent builds?)

Re: Dire Beast Customisation
Glyph of Arachnophobia: summons spiders more often.
Glyph of Dire Bees: summons dire bees. DIRE BEES!
Glyph of Nesingwary's Nemeses: summons beasts that Hemet Nessingwary had us hunt over the years. According to wowhead, this one can spawn a proto-drake.
Glyph of the Dire Stable: summons a random stabled pet.
For talent builds, there's four locations you can use. In order of reliability;
Wowhead, as the guide writers take EXTENSIVE looks at everything, though you may have to wait for the cookie cutter builds to be updated.
Icy Veins, which is a significantly more simple version of the Wowhead class guides.
Maxroll.gg, a relatively reliable site that's not as extensively used but has good data.
Trueshot Lodge, a discord specifically created to discuss hunter things. I never go here because I see no purpose, but I know it's fairly populated and you can get answers quickly if you somehow have trouble with the class.
Keep in mind; class builds won't be optimal until maybe a week into the first raid of Dragonflight. Guides won't be wrong, per se, but they'll be getting optimized continuously until we're used to the raid.

Re: Dire Beast Customisation
Maxroll doesn't seem to have Warcraft as an option?
Re: Dire Beast Customisation
Dire Beast currently summons the generic old ones.
It also still fails to respect Feign Death, a problem for many expansions, so it can get you killed. This sucks for a talent with such a high prominence in the new tree.

Re: Dire Beast Customisation
Dire stable is the best glyph since it summons pets you tamed and wanted, nessingwary’s looked promising, but it only summoned the elekk, windroc, and the talbuk, I tried going for a proto drake and a fog beast but none of those spawned
Re: Dire Beast Customisation
With the glyph if you have Teroclaws in your stable they come out gigantic when summoned:

Anyone know of others that come out like that? Raigonn the green Kunchong comes out huge too so i am guessing all Kunchongs also <_<

It's a kunchong. A very, very big kunchong. Or, more accurately, a kunCHONK.
