Missing Peacock Skin - Nalrusza?

Trawling through data and noticed this unique-named, tameable peacock. She doesn't have a location, but neither do other mobs I know exist on Live, so figured I'd bring it up if no one has spotted her as something to keep an eye on and see if she pops up somewhere.

I was hoping that one would appear, but I don't think it's in the game
Since it's a rare, if it was in the game then I think it would have been added to a rare / special encounter achievement, but maybe not.

Who knows, maybe it'll be like Nyemi, added in 10.0.5 after being left out of the 0.0 patch. D:
