Just wondering if anyone can confirm. Is it too soon to assume someone has achieved rank 23 renown? I'm only on 9 myself and had 4 days away from release.

I Guess it just appears when you reach renown 23 on a hunter, if not, that’s a concern

The Renown Menu states it's a reward (like when you click the Dragon on the map, and go to Renown 23)

I imagine it's a quest reward, not on the vendor. Similar to how when you unlock 2 battle pets, it lets you get one for free.

Okay, it is on the Renown list so yeah, it is probably a quest reward!

Maybe the quest will teach us how to tame a dragon before learning the book

So | does it mean that it's impossible to get this book until it reaches renown 23? I'm on renown 14 now and I already have Ottuk Taming. I want to collect different books and wanted to get most of them early. I don't have much time because I'm at school. Sometimes I use https://essays.edubirdie.com/essay-help which my friend showed me. But I still have a lot of assignments and these essays. Basically I only get to play on weekends and not always.
