oooo going to snag one of these right now! They will probably be fixed now that they have been mentioned but I so despise having to use a clefthoof for the best tanking pet but i quite like the blue Armordons.

what's the best way to get to the tundra rhinos? come up from the south?

Not sure they're reachable on foot. There is an Azure Span storyline quest that takes you to the general area, then I had flown up to the plateau near the tower while mining and happened to notice these kicking around.

Confirmed, Scalehide appearance with Clefthoof abilities in a smaller package

Please please let this stay and not get "fixed", it's really nice to have a cool looking alternative to the giant clefthooves!

I hate to be a downer but knowing Blizzard, This will most likely be patched eventually, HOWEVER! Hope may not be lost!

For you see, I am one of the few people who has a Pet in a similar case to this, That being the Twilight Prowler from the Vulpera Recruitment Phase of Twilight Highlands, When it was Fixed an eventually turned back into a cat, It not only had cat abilities, But also the Furious Bite that the Wolf has.

So there might be a chance that if you tame one and it gets fixed into being a Scalehide, It may keep its Clefthoof Abilities! Only time shall tell.

That’s literally cloud serpents tamed in SL rn, they still retained bite from the time they were serpents and they gained claw when lesser dragonkin is invented, if you tame a cloud serpent now bite won’t be included

This one was reported some time ago, and I believe it was supposed to be fixed, so I never bothered adjusting it on the site. They must have forgotten about it!

Just nabbed one of these for myself because as nice as the clefthoof pets are, the size was sometimes a bit much lol. I do hope they let these ones stay as is.

Sorry to bump this, but I was curious about this pet. I read on a reddit thread that this model being a clefthoof was a bug and would be fixed. Is this model still considered a clefthoof?
