You will need to upload the image to an image hosting site like imgur. Once you have your image on the hosting site, you can get the url and post it here on the forums.

if you go to 'Full Editor & Preview' at the bottom reply, you can also upload images directly to the forum using Attachments:

I believe there may be a minimal # of posts before we're able to upload images?
