I've been reading that in 10.1.7 they are going to add about 100 npcs removed from the world with the arrival of Cataclysm (also a similar number of dropped items).

Will that mean that old models eliminated with the cataclysm can return?
Is it possible that we will have new-old lost tameable friends again?

Is there a list somewhere of tamable rarities and models lost due to the change from lich to cata?

As far as I know, no unique appearances were lost with Cataclysm. There were many beasts removed, but none that had a unique look.

I saw the news post on wowhead saying the world drops are returning, but no info or anything regarding old rares, during the revamp, some rares were renamed and or remodeled
