So all birds run now?

I am kind of sad this Red Phoenix bird of prey I caught flying around now runs like a road runner. Are there any birds of prey that still fly or do they all run now?
Most older bird models fly, most of the newer ones tend to run
Running birds are = peafowl, phoenixes, somnowls, deathrocs, raptora, flightless teroclaws
Flying birds = falcons, kaliri, crows, vultures, parrots, axebeaks
Nowadays blizzard makes models run on the ground, probably due to the fact they also make them as mounts even though some flying ones are mounts too, dynamic flying is also the next reason
