Not sure if anyone's posted it yet, but you can tame Gon the spirit beast raptor in Legion remix. The portal to Org is still working in Thunderhorn. Gon's spectral egg still spawns in it's usual spot, next to the skull pile in the troll area. No idea if alliance characters can get Gon. If the portal goes to Stormwind for them, maybe someone should check for the Spectral gryphon feather in the flightpath roost?

The only npcs I'm seeing in org are the various allied race npcs. No guards at all.

A friend has confirmed that the Spectral gryphon is tameable Alliance side. There's no portal for Alliance at all in Thunderhorn, but you can get a portal to Stormwind from the Greymane Enclave.

For alliance side, You can catch the zeppelin in horde town in Northern STV to Org. You just gotta be careful. Go to Stormwind -> Duskwood -> STV and straight to Grom'Gol. There are parts in Westfall that will port you back to Dalaran. Stranglethorn is pretty safe unless you head too far south.

A friend tested this route from horde side and found LIGHTNING PAW in Duskwood!
He got the gryphon as well. so it's not actually faction locked and you get a secrete third option as well.

He also checked Northrend, because that zep is right there. While he was able to explore a massive chunk of Northrend, none of the rares were up. He said it was fun to wander around though.

Another friend found JETWING while timerunning. We're gonna go around and see what other rares we can locate. They also tamed Lightning paw and he respawned in about 10 minutes. So the timerunning spawn timers must have been altered to save people from having to camp.

So far we've found non rare indigo crabs, Ocean Crawlers, in Arathi.

Snowblind is also tameable. Area is grey till he spawns.

Back at it again. Found Lethon the world boss nightmare dragon in the Hinterlands. Not tameable. Not sure if he drops anything in remix.

Also with the release of invasions the Ephemeral Runner is available in Bonich Invasions after its completed.

Lightning Paw respawned in under a minute for me in Legion Remix (in the time it took to fly from one spawn point to the next) so taming two is really easy.

Gon's respawn rate still feels pretty long. I did dungeons for 2.5 hours without the eggshell returning before I got bored.

Humar wasn't up, but the world did lose its greyscale tint when I was at his spawn so I do wonder if it's possible. After that I was able to get to Mount Hyjal, but when I flew over to see if Magria was there I got teleported back to Dalaran (the first time it actually booted me from the world after threatening to!)
