I was in the ice planet zone when I could have sworn I saw a Hunter with a Flarendo. Can anyone confirm if he's tameable yet? It could have been a mount, there was a lot of chaos and a lot of people dying as there was a massive bunch of elite mobs and a Rare all attacking.

Edit Just went in. Legacy rules are in effect, I couldn't solo the first boss, but I could get him down half way in a short amount of time. If I'd had another dps with me or a healer I think we could have gotten it down.

That’s most likely the rare Flarendo mount, Flarendo will most likely be tameable along with Torq in The Last Titan prepatch

I have to go out but when I come home I'll see if I can get a friend to help me.

Flarendo isn't tamable currently. Wowhead doesn't show it as being flagged as tamable, so most likely that was just the mount that you saw.

Is wowhead always up to date on things like this? I'm not sure how things get updated these days after all those people were fired.

They regularly update once or twice a month - not nearly as much as they used to, but updates still happen.

Even still, raid bosses are usually not made tamable until a couple of xpacs after the one they debuted in. Like Worg said, it won't be until at least the next xpac until Flarendo becomes tamable.

Bah was able to get some help, but sadly he's not tameable.

I figured it'd be at least one more xpac before he's tameable. He's right up there at the top of my list to be tamed as soon s it becomes possible.
