i dont know if this is the right forum , but its the only forum i have with people im getting to know and can be serious , funny and helpfull at the same time , so here it goes :
(im 15) one of my friends has ADHD , hes a really good friend of mine but he can be so annoyying , he always sits next to me because hes my friend ,but then he starts poking me or pretending to hit me and then give me a poke , i want to remain friend but i dont want him to give me broozes (or however u write it) , if i be agressive he gets wors, if im passive he gets wors , if i be clear and tell him how i feel , evryone thinks im a wus ( cant blame em though , even i think thats for wusses , what u expect , im 15 ) , what to do ?

It might seem the wuss way to go but I'd choose to be firm but kind and let him know that his antics are getting a bit out of hand with the punching. Perhaps choose to tell him in a more privet setting so you can avoid others getting in the mix. Letting a friend continue to do annoying and potentially hurtful things like this would in the long run be more hurtful. Take care of it now (or soon) before you accidentally have an outburst later.

I know I was a huge spazz myself when I was a kid and I used to do grab my friends shoulders. I never knew it bothered her till she yelled at me on the playground. I was so embarrassed and ashamed of myself after that. The rest of our friends stopped playing with me and I kind of became the kid no one wanted to be around. I look back on that now and wished she told me about how she felt before.

Yeah, I agree with Tyga, the two of you need to have a private chat. Somewhere and sometime that's relaxed, so that you can feel at ease talking about it (I remember what it's like to try to have an honest conversation at 15 - not as easy as you'd think ˆ—ˆ).

When I was around your age I almost drove a friend away with my behaviour. I had a lot to learn, and I only started learning it because she pulled me aside and told me that my actions were pushing her away. We ended up being friends for thirteen years, so it was well worth it, even though I'm sure it was difficult for her to say it and it was difficult for me to hear.
