well i decided i would replace gondria. So i had been looking and just seeing if krush was up and someone said when they killed him so it gave me a estimate of when he would be around. Well i was with Zin doing the fishing daily in wg when wg started we click not to joined and got booted to Sholazar/ i asked if he would help just take a cruise and see if he was up well we did nothing. he had to go afk for his teeth so i just tootled around. well i stoped at nesingwary to get out the other devilsaur who was a trash pet till krush. i prayed to p-dawg and not a min later BAM he is there just south of nesingwary camp. i had tried before but he feared me and killed me and was killed from under me when taming before. so i had it in my mind i wouldnt look, just if i ever came across him, i would get him. i wasnt hard core looking though. well any who there i was wasnt gonna fly the rest of his path south of the camp and bam npc scan and silver dragon went off. first thing came to my mind was hunter pet. sooo fo gigles i clicked it and BAM target'ed and npcscan showed his little pic. i fly to him and my heart started beating. i cried for help jsut in case. Zin and shoan came to my aid incase something went wrong! i didnt hame tame beast on my action bars so i had to open my spellbook, i popped a haste pot i got for hitting 80 that i never used and then hit tame beast not a seconed after. i didnt even think of moving back a bit for more space and time before he could hit me. so there i am taming watching the tame beast count down and my health. i tried to count down in g chat but all i could type was 3 lol i was down to to 8.5% health and was worried he would either kill me or fear me. and then..... there it was... the noise. he was mine! So now i have krush which pet emote automatically [put him as aher so i went with leaving krush as a girl and named her DuilwenShanu which Duilwen mean sheen green maiden of the river land in lotr elven language and Shanu is thalssian for life. shoan helped me with the name. and through all of that taming i never had a weapon on ... just my fishing pole LOL

ty i am sure he will jsut give it time, i always ask if anyone has seen any rares and if they know when sometimes u get nice people sometimes u dont.

Okay..sooo mind if I ask a few questions because I've always wanted to tame him..? Did you have alot of haste/stam gear? I hear that is the way to go if you want to tame the big green meanie. If not...you just popped a haste potion and the tamed worked?? HOW?! Lol xD Did you have someone fear ward you or something? Please give me advice, I have tried and failed three times to tame this amazing dino. I would LOVE to tame him for my own someday.

honestly... i had no special gear, no fear wards or buffs, no nothing just a haste pot u get for hitting 80. lol o and a fishing pole. other then that i had my normal gear on ( triumph badge gear and some from heroics) all 219 ilvl or above nutting to special. Having the haste pot help alot since it made tame go somewhat faster, he never even got to fear me but i was drained to 8.5% life which aint that much lol. it was scarey, not knowing if your gonna die or not. but thats all i had my normal gear, not so normal weap cause fishing poles are better and a haste pot. i bet if i would of maxed range tame beast my health maybe wouldnt of been so low, but didnt want to chance moving and someone coming that was a unfriendly. lol and then the one haste pot. i had aspect of the dragon hawk up to lol.

I figured I could help as well, seeing as I'm actively going for him...

Right. So I'm using NPCscan Overlay and NPCscan, love 'em. Gear consists of old Naxx gear, various pieces of Stam and Haste picked up off the AH.

Gear: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... n=Firewing is my Krush gear. Haste trinkets, like Shard of the Crystal Heart is HIGHLY reccomending, but since I didn't have the triumph to get my hands on it, I went with First Mate's Pocketwatch.

Food and Stuff:

Very Burnt Worg : Highly reccomended as it gives more haste than what I was using before, baked manta ray.
Elixir of Lightning Speed: Yes. This is your friend.
Elixir of Mighty Fortitude: Also handy.
Runescroll of Fortitude: Same. Very helpful.
Potion of Speed: Helpful, but it isn't meant to be used like the others as I thought, instead it's in your macro.

Buffs: I didn't try this, but you can queue up for a BG, get raid buffs, and drop out to get more yummy buffs.

Macros:
First one:

/cast Bestial Wrath
/use potion of speed
/use First Mate's Pocketwatch
/cast deterrence
/script PetAbandon()

Obviously, if you have Shard, replace it with First Mate's.

Second one:

/cast Tame Beast

Lastly, Friends: These are HUGELY helpful, I've logged onto my dad's second account and have borrowed his pally for the stun. Hammer of Justice DOES work, I've seen it work just fine. However, every other CC I'm pretty sure doesn't work.

Health: 23346
Haste: 812 (This is everything, potion of speed, trinket, the works.)

thanks all and np. I had nuttin fancy when i tamed krush. just my normaly everyday gear minus weap. had a fishin pole on instead and a haste pot. it worked for me lol

Siliverin's wearing mostly 232 gear, though, so her base hp is going to be higher than someone in blues.

Outgearing Krush, as it were, can be key. I'm pretty sure that's how I managed to tame him....in Naxx gear......with viper up. x_x

very true. i didnt even think with the gear i had, that i was gonna make it. watching my health go down in nice size dino chunks i was like ima die!!!!!!!!!!! he gonna be killed!! ima be mad a :ugeek:rage lol
