After the long amount of time I've lost and all those times he was just an inch away. I finally have what I was after.
The Time Lost Proto Drake!!

At exactly 4:04 am Wednesday Morning while talking to the guild Npc Scan went off and I about nearly had a heart attack.
TLPD was flying right into my face! I dismounted shot him (almost forgetting my parachute) and he fell dead at my feet. I spaz'd out in guild chat while I was struggling to hold the mouse steady enough to click everything into my inventory. I sat in total disbelief of what had just happened. After all that time I finally got him.

Now I can finally stop the camping and relax with a beautiful mount at my side.

This is indeed a beautiful mount.
I tried camping it for some time but gave up after having missed it by seconds twice. (First time I decided to take a nap and got up 30 seconds too late - to congratulate a fellow camper who was just landing the finishing strike. Second time I logged off two or three minutes before the spawn.) Maybe I should try again some time

I saw him dead... then never again! I gave up a while after that...

But, congrats on the drake! It's always great to see long camp hours and hunting pay off!

Congratulations!!! I've always loved the look of that mount, but I just don't have it in me to do a camp like that. A rare spawn is one thing, but a rare spawn of a rare spawn? X_x
