This is a link to a youtube video of Mount Hyjal. You can clearly see some old pet models, mainly of brown, white, and black owls. But the thing that gets me excited... Giant fire turtle of doom? Yes, there seems to be a large, red, elite turtle roaming about the lava tainted areas of Hyjal. Is it just a placeholder? perhaps, but it is still a beast and I would love to be able to say
"Hey, I tamed the Giant Inferno Turtle of Hyjal!"

That's just where you want to find a vendor. In the middle of a fiery apocalypse. I also like Turtle Warfare. This guy is so, so, so awesome. xD

When it showed the owls, I'm fairly sure there where some blue/ice ones. You know, the ones like white, but with a blue tint.

Beasts are good! I find beasts are much easier for me to take down as a hunter more than any other mob (well, I found that was the case at level 50-58...I hated WPL/EPL). But now it probably doesn't matter what I have to kill, althought I'll spend my time at Mt Hyjal as I like the kind of colourful zones...The ones that are more aesthetically pleasing on the eyes!

But the turtle...It might be a placeholder for the concept art that was revealed at Blizzcn last year...Now I can't find an image of the art i'm thinking of, but I can only assume that everyone has seen it. And I hope it is a placeholder and the turtle i'm talking about is a tameable beast, as he's awesome looking and would make a great addition to my stable!

Noticed the big neutral turtle about 2/3 of the way thru is listed as a placeholder model in the tooltip?

Yup. I'm scared on what it'll look like, to be honest.
