Draenei starter pet unique moth skin?

See BRK's 2nd "baby pet" movie
http://www.bigredkitty.net/2010/07/07/c ... roundup-2/ - the Draenei are apparently starting with a moth that has the "red" skin - i.e. the one with a red body and green wings. To my knowledge this was only available with the Ferocious Teramoths in the irradiated cenarion hold, and they always got summoned with that offputting blue/green glow around them. Quite possibly new "red" moths will get put in somewhere, but if not, this may be the only way to get hold of this skin, and then only to new Draenei.

The Terokkar moths don't get summoned with the glow; they lose it when tamed. So this skin is currently available, though just in Outland.

Hmm. When I tried it, the pet lost the glow when tamed, but regained it when resummoned. Possibly they've fixed that by now though.

I went out and tamed one just for you. It looks like if you're having issues with that pet, relog and the green glow goes away.

*nod* It was fixed ... two patches ago? Something like that. I was very sad.

Yeah you can only get that skin in Outland, but it is available...
In other news, that is SO not a wolf. That's totally a mastiff! That's so confusing XD

The glow was what made me want them - it was like a spirit beast (a good candidate for SB too considering how many cultures regard moths and butterflies as reincarnated souls)...
Once they removed that I replaced my moth with a spider.
