I thought about it carefully and decided I wanted a good, solid "tank pet" for when I was soloing and such. After looking through the options, the one that I liked the best for KyKy (Kyloriel) is the Warp Stalker, specially the green one.



I'm very pleased with my boy, but I need a really good name for him. Something serious and race appropriate for him. I don't want anything silly like "Bubbles" or "Kitty" (both suggested by my unhelpful friends. ).

I'm open to "sin'dorei" sounding names, or descriptive ones like "Backbiter".

Any suggestions?

Tagnik'zur, Manchu, Fenume, Amlub, Kelekona, Lung'a'puv, Ramaloke, Rong, or Zmaj. All of them mean dragon, which isn't all that original, but still. I found them here if you wanna look for yourself. One of the ones I suggested is in Klingon. c;

Well, if you have a vague idea of what you want, such as a meaning or specific language, I would probably suggest thissite. Just go to advanced search and tpe in what you want! It's what I generally use to find good names for my pets.

Hmm, I'm not really sure.

When I picture his Stalker's personality, I picture the quintessential "Pit Bull" (in a good way). Low to the ground, broad, powerful, smart, and loyal; fiercely protective when needed, but even-tempered, even gentle, especially with children and such. Not a beast that demands a ton of attention, but one that likes to be around his master, etc.

I'd like a name that sort of sounds noble, but not too 'harsh' sounding.

Here's a site that has quite a few pages of both male and female names which mean "Noble". I would normally sort through it and pick out the goldies for you, but it's frightfully hot in the computer room and I want to retreat to an air-conditioned room as soon as possible. My apologies!

A friend of mine gave me a chart with elvish naming tables. I didn't roll really, just played around with it. Here are a few I came up with. What do you think?


Calethar/Calithar - "faithful friend"
Korethar/Korithar - "dark colored friend"
Rythar/Ryithar/Rhyethar - "jade friend"

Hm. I really like all of those names. My favorite variations of each would be Calethar, Korithar, and Rythar. Out of those three, I think Rythar sounds vaguely more "warp stalker-ish". Nice finds.
