I havent finished the video because of my comp freezing youtube videoes every 3 seconds, but I was watching this video of Uldum, and The hunter in it seems to be going after a Hyena. I can't realy tell if it's just the brown one from before or a new color, but It does make me happy to see that Hyenas are not forgotten

He dident tame one sadly and just ran about killing things with a very sexy Aimed shot.

is this type of pet good for raiding in MM? i've been looking for a new pet that's not a wolf

I use my hyena his special is kinda eh for raiding but I dont care I love him anyways <3

We don't know yet until we see at least a first pass at the new pet talents.

Wolf will always be MM and Survival's best raid pet, no matter what. However, I have taken my cat and raptor into ICC just to see, and the results weren't too bad. Nice DPS. I would say to try and see for yourself.

Once Cata hits, it may not matter. Depends on if furious howl is still there as wolf-only, which I doubt it will be, given their comments.

Supposedly everything is going to be equalized, so this really won't be the case.

And either way, you can't say ALWAYS regarding wolves, since it was cats/ravagers/wind serpents/scorpids in BC.

I wasn't talking about then or in the future. Right now, as the game stands today, wolves are the best raid pet, period.

In Cata, yeah, this will all, most likely, change.
