I read something on WoWwiki about how if you go to the Undercity Throne Room and turn ambient sounds all the way up you can hear Arthas before he killed his dad. So I went to try it, and it is very cool, (except for the part where the DK walks up to you and mounts on his death charger when you have sound all the way up)

Are there any other places like that in the game?

If you put Detect Lesser Invisibility on yourself and go into the Ruins of Lordaeron, you'll see ghosts.

I've always loved that little detail in Undercity. You can also hear the bell toll when you walk by the large broken one just in front of the hallway, and down the hall with the flower petals you can hear the crowds cheering.

I don't know of any other audio easter eggs like that, but there could be more.

This anit a voice thing but one time on one of my many ZG solo famrs Hakkar psted me saying i was going to die today O.o

I had track invisible or whatever it is called on and saw them on my minimap




I was listening to it and it was like

Arthas : Suceeding you, fath-

DK horse : *insert DK horse sound here*

Me: AHHH *insert me falling out of chair sound here*



Edit : Hakkar can whisper you? Once I am high enough level to go to ZG I want to see that

i found a way to get into ZG without using the portal and ZG is entirely empty , ive been experimenting there alot , its seems you can fish there

wow i listend and i think there is more to it! hard to tell i didnt here the dk horse noise though at the end he is cursing the kingdom like he does in warcraft 3 at the end

Apparently, if you die and stand next to the spirit of redemption, she'll whisper: Play World of Warcraft. Or so I have been told.

Also, I suggest doing the blood elf quest lines, there is a quest there, where you hand a medallion to Lady Sylvanas, and she sings, with a choir in the background. (You can cheat and watch it on YouTube, here)

I can confirm that one, heard it myself. I used to follow those kids around just because they intrigued me, and I had heard about the eerie sound clip that would play early in the morning. I camped in that room once and sure enough I had a booming "YOU. WILL. DIE." blast from my speakers that had been turned up really loudly at the time.

Right before I logged off for the night, my character died, so I listened to the spirit healer voices.
NEVER AGAIN. Not right before I try and go to sleep, at least. Those voices are creepy.
However, they do indeed say "Give us your money" and "Play world of warcraft", although the latter was hard to hear.

Hehe, I've listened to the Spirit Voices too. If you're listening for certain things specifically it's easy to make them sound like that, but it's likely just some latin gibberish or something along those lines.

Yeah, I tried listening to the voice on YouTube, but I could not distinguish anything along those lines either. Though, maybe I was distracted by a teddybear in the background singing: "If you're happy and you know it, clap your paws!"

Huh. I've never heard of the UC ambience before. Quite a neat easter egg.

I've just finished watching that guy's collection of videos. The human faces sewn onto the gnoll tents in video three. I'm been through that area I don't know how many times, and never noticed it. Quite disturbing.

And in video 5. Thaddius. I've never been to Naxxramas, so I was rather unaware of his backstory. Sewn together from the bodies of women and children? And you can hear their ghostly screaming throughout the instance until you kill Thaddius?
BRB going to go curl up in a corner.

Along the same lines as the UC Ambiance, if you look carefully in the throne room the blood stain where the crown rolled after Arthas killed his father is still there too.

What I meant about the DK voice is a DK walked up to me and mounted on his horse, it wasnt a normal sound there
