Built in Aspect Bar

Just saw this over at Warcraft Hunter's Union.

In Cataclysm hunters seem to be getting a nifty built-in aspect bar. I've been using the addon FloAspectBar for a long time to do just this, but it's nice to have it already there.

Neat! Another thing that will screw up my addons initially!

*Laughs* Saturo, be glad that it's given to you without the need of addon's!

I keep my aspects in easy reach, but this'll still help.

I actually prefer addons. Far more customizable.

I just use a macro and keybinds, and besides that Aspect bar will be gone from my UI as soon as there is a Cataclysm version of Dominos or Bartender (whichever comes first).

I see a future of us possibly no longer needing addons... Since you know, Blizzard seems to put in everything that was an addon. =P

Oh well. Once less addon for me to take up space. XD

Unless they make us able to put more bars out there, and move them around freely, alter their size indivdually and such, there will be q need for addons. Also, I can't play without my sparkly map and sparkly cursor.

That day, I assure you, will never, ever come. Blizzard have come nowhere *near* allowing the UI customization provided by addons, and every time they try to implement a similar functionality, it falls far short of being useful (see the so-called built in threat meter).

I cannot even begin to describe the functionality that addons bring to my UI. Very little of my UI is base Blizzard content at this point, because quite honestly their UI is crap.

/shrug

I've run the entire course of my WoW life with the default UI and just a few addons for fun or practicality, but overall very minimal. I've never had issues with the base UI. :)

Veph, try some UI addons. You won't look back.

That's the thing, I have. I've tried pretty much every one out there. Attempted to get used to them but I just hated them all. x)

That's pretty cool for those who still use the stock UI. I started using Bartender several years ago and haven't seen the stock UI since. ;)

I switched over to Bartender a while back, and have sorta gotten used to it, but like the Blizz UI better. The only thing keeping me from switching back is having to recustomize my bars... again... across like 6 past 30 toons... >.<

Try spartanUI.

SpartanUI < Bartender < Dominos.

I like Dominos.

The new bar will get added in there pretty quickly, no doubt, so it'll be like my other "stance/aura" classes. Yay! :D

SpartanUI uses bartender. The best is if you can make your own.

Aye, that was my point. I hate premade UIs. It just shows how unimaginative and unorganized you are. Better off making one you like yourself.
