It's a curse of some sort that you can get at Bloodmoon Isle, Grizzly Hills. From what I remember, it starts as one little DoT, that if gotten several times (gotten from taking damage from the mobs) will turn into a Worgen Curse, turning you into a worgen for a limited amount of time. I had some fun with it.That looks really cool! Where do you get to make yourself look like that?
