Does Grunter have a flame effect?

From the screenshots I've seen, it looks like he doesn't, but I thought I'd ask just in case...
... and the answer is... no. He's like the hulking helboars from HFP - not the burning "Helboar" model from Blasted Lands. Still worth getting though!
