Well we all know cats fight and heck there pretty loud about it too. But i know of heaps of cats who have taken things wya bigger than them and won. Now we all know dogs save people but i really do think my cat was trying to save my family from my uncles two freinly dogs who just wanted cuddles lol.

Ok so my uncle and auntie were at my house on our deck with my dad etc and my uncles two full growen ridgebacks(ones a mum and the other is one of her full growen pups who has no ridge for some reason even tho shes 100% ridgey) where on the lawn and wanted to get up the stairs to beg for our food as they like to do. My cat Sylvester was on the steps and was haveing none of this! he puffed up and got really angry about these two dogs. the dogs on the other hand did not know what he was and wanted to sniff him (lol) but when ever they went near they got some claws to the nose (O:). This went on for a bit and Sylvester ended up chaseing them around the lawn!

And ridge backs where breed for the sole perpose of hunting lions! lion dogs runing away from a black and white old cat XD Now i know this was more about his teritory than protecting us but it did feel like he was. The dogs thankfully did not get hurt too much besides some claw marks to the nose.

So what was the biggest thing you have seen your cat fight? I know most are not going to be nice but hey share anyway! cats need attention too!

Not a cat, but my little poodle tries to defend me from all other dogs, such as German Shepherds and such. He gets very protective, and sometimes growls or barks. It looks hilarious. :D

Biggest thing? A large dog. I guess it was fifteen years ago now, one of our cats had a litter of kittens, and a pretty large dog walked up into the yard. Now, this was a sweet dog, but you couldn't tell this mamma cat that. She jumped from the porch, onto the dogs back, dug in, and literally road this dog around the yard.

The most dangerous thing? A copperhead. Lucky, one of our calico's, is extremely good at killing snakes, and her biggest one so far was a three foot long copperhead.

A blue jay. She brought it inside through an open upstairs window (she climbed a tree, hopped the roof, and got in through the window). Not all that impressive, but it was more than she could handle so I took over to shoo it outside.

My old cat constantly got into fights. The biggest thing she took on was a car, I swear... She broke three ribs and got well beaten up, but managed to drag herself two kilometers home.

After that, she wasn't done fighting though! I saw her fighting off a fox near the chicken coop one time, and my dad once saw her taking on a loose shepherd from a couple of blocks over. He said the last he saw of the dog was it running down the path, tail between its legs, with my cat firmly planted with four sets of claws in its back. See, she was defending out neighbour's dog. Seems she was the only one allowed to harass her.

I had my cat outside once and a bird yelled at her and she ran for her life.
