With the Defias defeated and other quest related npc's killed off in previous quests Blizz updated this little Instance with one wing composed of a Fire Elemental boss and other Fire and Earth Elementals, one wing with a human boss and other humans, and one wing with Hogger and gnolls. Yes, Hogger.
I know in Pre-Cata there's a quest to kill him, but evidently people were just killing some gnoll dressed as Hogger or some of Hogger's gnoll pals brought him back to life. But any who..the great gnoll is now a true boss.

No word on what drops are available but they'll probably keep the drops like they have it now so people don't farm the area.

That's awesome! I love Hogger so much. After my first experience with him (human rogue on hubby's account, first toon I ever made) I kept going back every level until I could kill him.

The bosses don't drop boss loot in there right now, so I'm fairly certain they're updating the loot tables.

Hogger is now a true boss! That's one step closer to being a true warchief

lol the music was the first thing I noticed!!! lol so very fitting!! Loved the fanfare at hoggers defeat! loving what they've done with the intance, it is (currently-on live) my Least fav instance because of the runners, the low drops, the lack of...anything useful. So hoping the loot tables get revamped and it becomes an actual useful dungeon.
