Ok so i finally got exaulted with netherwing this morning all in all going from no rep to exaulted took me a week turning in the eggs finding the extra quests help a whole lot. So finally after wanting one since BC came out i finally got one!! The one i got for free was the azure netherwing cause blue is my fav color and also its the first one i wanted, and he matched me and my whole pet scheme which turned out to be blues greens and purple and that wasnt planned lol. I made up a back story for my drake he was one of the eggs i saved

thank you ":) they are really awsome i love the kind of see through effect on their ewings and the ribbons that seem to com off of em when flying and the lightning effect they have.. and the list can go forever on lol

I have always been intrigued on going after the Netherdrakes... is it pretty difficult at 80? Do they have daily quests like Shattered Sun? Or is it just the same quest over and over again?

After seeing so many Proto-drakes and regular drakes, I think I wouldn't mind grinding out for one of these guys for once.

at 80 its easy only one is hard and thats when u can do the racing. they do have dailies you can do, and you get more when hit hit a new lvl of rep ( ie honored, revered), the only thing you can turn in 24/7 are the eggs. I love them alot, yeah you see so many proto drakes, and reg. drakes, when i got the nettherwing drake and the nether ray mounts people are like O.O where did u get it?! They are worth it you can get them in 2 weeks if you dont turn in eggs or do the 2 quests that come off droppped items. when u hit revered you have like 5 or 6 dailies you can do

But bragging aside ( ) grats! I loathed the rep grind that took me, since I was casual about it and it took a good couple months in advance to even get my epic flying on my hunter. Now that gold is so much easier to make in Wrath, it's been a breeze getting my alts the gold for their flyers. My DK is next, but I was never able to farm the Raven Lord mount on my druid.
(Mostly cause I wanted it on my hunter, but couldn't drag two characters along, sooo... >->)

thank you aww i want the raven lord so bad i started the quest chain on my druid she is 80 but never finished

You should find another druid friend who has another 80 as well (and has done the questline). You could do a run with your druid first and his/her other character, then they could run on his/her druid and you could run with your hunter.

Well Sili, you've gone and done it. You've inspired me to get back into the Netherwing grind on Silinrul She's maybe 1/3 through Honored right now and now I really want her to get a pretty drake!

dawww it isnt to bad really imo just gotta be patient. they are also SOOOo worth it aww she isnt to far off, i was at no rep or anything not even neutral with them when i started lol. you can do it!!!!! like i said getting the 2 quests that come from items and turning in eggs, even if you just pick em up while you do the dailes and that it, helps alot. you get 3000 rep with dailies alone once you hit revered.

You'll be there in no time Vel. I was at the exact same stage of rep as you when I finally got a spur of motivation and polished it off in a matter of days. The eggs help so much if you're willing to just spend a whole day farming them. ^^
