I was a huge fan of that show when I was a kid.....man, they really are recycling everything.

They got smacked with the Blandomatic brush, like, really badly. Plutarkians, gone. Bikes, screwed with because they looked too 'American'. Guns, even the lasers they used to carry, totally pussified. I mean. It was so BAD THAT I COULDN'T WATCH IT AND ITS MY FAVORITE SHOW IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD AND THEY MADE GAMES AND CLOTHES AND TOYS AND A SHOW AND IT'S ALL SO HOOOOOOORRRIIIBBBLLLE. /wail

Yeah, I'm not sold on it... Too much "kids" stuff today is either too dumbed down for the kids (and my son's two!! Kids catch on really quickly if the stuff is trying too hard to be "child like."), talks down to the kids, or tries too hard to be something for all age groups.

Right now, my son's two favourite movies are Robin Hood ("FOXES!") and Lady and the Tramp ("Lalitram"). He's also fond of Lambert and Ferdinand. I'm so happy he prefers "classic" cartoons to the drivel that gets pumped out today. /relief.
