Ok so I'm doing the Wrathgate questchain for the first time as horde and I spy an npc riding a truely unique wolf that I havent seen ANYWHERE, I chased him and he disappeared..well I look around and see a stables there and this beauty is inside. As far as I can tell he is a frostwolf howler..only sleeker his fur isnt scraggly and rough, and he has dark red horde armor and glowing red eyes. This wolf is now my favorite wolf I've seen and I want him..but dont think a mount exists anywhere like him. So unfair!

Never seen one like it either. Very cool looking.

tbh I'd be more interested if it was without the armor and possibly tameable somewhere ingame- as the armor looks really, really flat. And I'm just gonna hazard a guess that the mob is glitched because of the fact the fur and nearly all of the armor are so flat.

You can always get the darker version of him.

I'd love to get a white wolf with the red-and-black armor, etc.

I do really like that 1 as well, just this wolf with tweaking and fixing to his model would be mazing, so unfair to put a amazing recolor in to taunt me D:

That's what I thought too Nikkrosnil, but the eyes really make a difference on the one Nevar found. It's basically a white version of the one Adam linked, with red eyes.

D'oh! Now I wish I hadn't done this quest already on my Alli hunter, or I woulda chanced flying over there to see if it was tameable alli-side.

But it is a very, very cool wolf

Does the area phasing remove them? The Alliance outpost and FP on the other side of the Wrathgate remains after the whole debacle. It's worth looking into.

I hope they'll be introduced as mounts though, Aoani would look spiffy on one of these.

Actually I believe he is. There is white one you can buy in Alterac Valley.(horde only)

Also, this one is the skin of an epic one, on the model of a non-epic one, AFAIK.

Looks the same to me really. The white is tad off but that could be lighting in the area. Unless you don't want the blue amour on it.

Nope, I want the red armor and the glowing red eyes that one has pink. The one in my SS is an unobtainable mount that still has soem glitches here and there
