Apart from the new model change for Shadra, there are a couple extra spiders now.

One is the "Shadraspawn Venomspitter" in The Creeping Ruin. Currently classed as a humanoid but I'm sure that will be changed. Has the minespiderskingreen skin.
There is also the Spawn of Shadra in the cave at the top of Jintha'alor. These are tameable beasts and use the minespiderskincave skin.
I don't see any other spiders in Shadra'alor now though.

The worg in the area appear mostly unchanged. the Silvermane Stalkers are still no longer stealthed, and are back to being direwolfskinlightgrey (grey worg) skinned.
The black wolves are still present (Vilebranch Wolf Pup & Vilebranch Raiding Wolf).

The turtles appear untouched (apart from being level 30ish now). The rare turtle Ironback is present and still level 51 currently.

I'm guessing they've just not got round to standardising all the levels yet... either that, or its a way to stop questers killing rare beasts that hunters may want?

No cause when the first level change to hinterlands happened- for the Turtles as they were lowered down in level, they all used to be lv 50 but now are what 40ish? Ironback was untouched.

And again, unchanged.

Oh god it's Bad Lands all over agaaaaain.

It's probably just an oversight. A rare spawn could have easily been missed in a full-on sweep of the zone.

I never leveled in Badlands again after that feathery devil had his way with my walking side of beef.
It's been 4 years now, but I still hear his harsh call at night. His call, and the death moos of a certain tauren hunter.
