Which of these beast types would you like to see tameable in the future? Yes I AM aware that the last two are fully aquatic....but hey....we're gettin underwater zones in Cata so....y not?

Personally I'd like to see Hydras make the cut......just think that they are awesome XD

Spore Walkers!

Personally, I love everything about Zangarmarsh. I already have a Spore Bat, a Spore Walker would be nice too! They could easily just add them into the Spore Bat family!

ohh. . .tough call. The walkers from Zangar would be nice. I also wouldn't say no to taming one of the Frayfeather Hippogryphs in Feralas ( http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=5300 ). A pterrodax from Un'Goro could be a fun pet too.

Definitely the Spore Walkers. I have a friend of mine who is majorly obsessed with the idea of taming one of those beauties and she's gotten me hooked as well =D
But if I could make a list, it'd be a Spore Walker, a Hydra, a Hippogryph and a Basilisk...And maybe a Shark to round things off in the underwater zones in Cataclysm.

Doggone it, more pet slots are needed if ever these babies reach tameable status...

My vote's on Hippogryphs, Wyverns, and Gryphons. Hippogryphs come in so many lovely colours and Wyverns are just plain awesome.

I'm a Hydra fan myself. Still don't get why they aren't tamable.

Hmm, pterrodax would be pretty rad too. Maybe a bat alternative.

edit: Editted the poll to include Pterrordaxxes and Frenzies. For those who don't know what frenzies are....they are nasty little fish that hang out in many watery areas in game. We mostly see em in Gundrak when we try to swim across the water as a shortcut to reach a couple of areas. Frenzies can also be seen in Zul'gurub, Serpentshrine Cavern, Stranglethorn Vale (which is home to the ONLY named frenzy in game: Rippa a rare lvl 44 frenzy) Loch Modan and Silverpine. There may be more areas. As for Pterrordaxxes, they a pteradactyl-like beast that only live in Un'goro (the famous devilsaur ninja grounds).....tho they may appear in the upcoming goblin start zone in Cata. No notable pterrordaxxes of any sort atm sadly. Would've liked a black one or a red one....or a combo of those colors?

Edit 2: editted it so that 3 choices can be made per person.....no self-respecting hunter could settle for only 1 new family amirite? =P

Easy choice, the currently un-tamable Silithid Wasps. They look so much better than the ones that can be tamed, and I really want this guy.

I rather the ptero's be separate from the mount pets. Mounts shouldn't be tamable imo.

I would add the Dragonkin--not the half humanoid kind but the true dragons. What would be cooler than having a Red or Black firebreathing dragon pet?

Hee, being the cryptozoology geek that I am, the first time I encountered a Thresher in the game I thought to myself "Wow!!! I'm going to tame one of those later!"

Of course I didn't really think of the whole aquatic aspect, nor did I realize they wouldn't be tameable anyways. Still, if somehow they could be taught to walk on land and become amphibians, I'd be all over them. :3

@ Kikanu: Chromaggus is the combination of dragon and core hound:Drakaeden. I'd love to tame those or those core hound-ish creatures with many eyes.

Ooh, I totally forgot, but I'd add Rams into the Ungulates family as well.

Few changes made....Giraffes moved with Stags/talbuks....rams added to that group....diemetradons added to basilisk group.....mana wyems added where giraffes used to be

Tryin to find a way to squeeze mammoths and elekks in somewhere now.

A Hippogryph would be awesome. *dreams* There's also this one neutral Griffin that I check with Beast Lore every time I'm nearby.

Hippogryphs, Gryphons, Wyverns, Kodos, and Stags are the ones I'd REALLY love to tame. Mainly those Shadow Stags from Ashenvale or the pretty white ones from Azuremyst. I was disappointed when I found I couldn't tame them. :<
