Be careful when you're swimming around in Lake Everstill if you're in the 20's, there's a big ol' elite shark making his rounds. Don't know if it's been posted or not. It's probably not a big deal, this is my first night on beta so everything seems awe-inspiring to me.




Also, there are some low-level black coyote-model elite wolves there in Redridge, but they're currently classified as humanoids. O.o I saw one unfortunate level 19 rogue try to run through them for some unknown reason. She was quickly expunged. I didn't have time to react to save her.

Looks like he's been in a fight with the Threshadons in lake.

Ooo..are the Threshadons still there are did he replace them all? Or eat them all?

That is a big shark! What in the world is he doing out in a freshwater lake?!

If I remember right, the threshadons are all gone, replaced by him and some eels.

He actually attacked me on the boat ride across the lake with Corporal Keeshan and the gang, so I made it a point to hunt him down and kill him. He almost instantly respawns too. Really, the best part about him isn't his look, but rather when you're underwater killing the eels for a quest, and his giant shadow darkens the waters above. It's actually kind of frightening.

Edited to add: I doubt they'll make the wolves trainable. They're part of a quest to actually avoid them, and when you aggro one you aggro them all.

There are some sharks in real life that make their ways up freshwater rivers and lakes.

anyone know what happens to the Threshadons in the loch? i know it emptys out but what happens to them

I guess the elite threshers in Everstill got eaten by a shark. o-O
