So I went out exploring a bit tonight and was flying over the old stomping grounds of the Silithid Ravager. I happen to notice on my tracking there were beasts below me, and upon mousing over, saw Silithid Ravager. I dismounted and swam down- yes, swam, apparently these bugs have gills in there somewhere lol- and found a whole assortment of Silithid Ravagers. Teal ones, Red ones, and the Rarespawn color one! It is no longer a rarespawn, and all 3 colors are plentiful, and yes it is tameable.

LOL!!!!! THATS FUNNY! I never knew they could swim XD

YAY!! Hmmm, I really like color changers, multi-pets in one. I know some people dont like them, but there are other none color changers for them to choose from.

Well if nothing else that is great news to hear.

Indeed, they all seem to be color-changers but there is a mocha-colored individual that pops up when you summon your pet. A more reliable way would be to get one from AQ40 if you so pleased to have an individual that stayed that color. However...

Like I said before, it seems they would have a different model-ID than the Silithid Ravager before them. It's highly likely the ones tamed before Cataclysm hits will stay the same since they were rares and these individuals we see in the screens I took in my thread and the newer screens here, are not rares. It's 2:30am in the morning here so I can only hope what I'm trying to get across to my fellow hunters makes sense...

When I log in I get a critical error every time that says : trying to get a pointer before something, but that doesnt work.
You have to close wow, with a error from where wow is installed....
Do you know how to get that away? thnx in advance

Swimming Silithids!

Seriously though, it's good to hear that the skin is alive and well and available.

Hmm.. given this.. might be time to go take a new Silithid for a run.. perhaps the green rare from Ungoro. Or Haarka. I got the tan one because it was going to go away, but, now that it's not, I might go grab a bright shiny colorful one to distract warriors in BGs with...

edit: Haarka found. and Sorrid released.. now to find Loq' and make a decision...

Haarka is much more of a teal-blue... I'm talking about the almost lime-green one. Clutchmother Zevas or something?..

Anyway, went to Ungoro first (checked for Mosh as well), looked at the green again, didn't like it, so went for Haarka, who was there and ready.

I see Zavas as yellow, though I know people who see her as green. xD

Clutchmother Zavas is yellow.
There are only red, yellow, blue/green and tan colours for you to tame (currently).

Although if that colour changer can go through all the colours - I may just get the one!

For those of you who like "exposed" brain bugs

At first I wondered if this was a bug that was causing the corpses to spawn live, but all the other creatures at the bottom of the sea remain dead (even the turtles... I guess they couldn't swim!) and it looks like they've added mobs back to the hive (including that brain bug you mentioned) and some bits of gear to be part of some sort of quest. Awesome Hopefully they'll fix the colour change bug and people can get stable tan silithids from there.

Aces, good to see they've finally added some mobs into the water!! Not been on since Wednesday night (finally catching up on this funny old thing called a social life, haha!)

ARGH!

This is good news to a lot of hunters out there, but sad news to me...

I hate jumping the gun and getting rid of my harder to aquire Spirit Beasts for the rare one... but if there has been one thing I learned from this... it is to WAIT LONGER and GET CLOSER to the actual release date before doing something stupid.

Haha, don't worry Pent, I'm sure many of us are the same. It's hard not to take immediate action sometimes for pets you worry about.
