What is wrong with some people!?

After watching the footage I couldn't help but wonder what kind of sick, demented satisfaction one can hope to gain from mistreating a poor defenseless animal? Why? It just doesn't make any sense!

I wouldn't actually call a cat defenseless. (Those claws hurt when they want to scratch you, although I don't think the cat felt threatened right away.)

However, it's cruel either way and that women was caught on camera as well. Be a nice reality check when she sees herself on the news when she thinks no one saw her. No getting away with that.

Hmm..weird people. Some failure at life just got arrested for marinating his cat in the trunk of his car after getting pulled over for running a stop sign. "It was just taking an aromatic bath, I swear!" Riiiiight, and I'm just about to fix your hair with my knight stick.

Police in Buffalo arrested 51-year-old Gary L. Korkuc after they pulled him over for blowing through a stop sign, and found four-year-old Navarro marinating in his trunk in a mixture of oil, crushed red peppers, chili pepper and salt...So why would Korkuc want to eat his cat? According to a memo from the staff at the local SPCA, obtained by the Buffalo News, Korkuc said he no longer wanted Navarro because the cat was "possessive, greedy and wasteful." He told police that Navarro was mean to him. The memo added, "Do not under any circumstances adopt to this man ever again."...Navarro has already been adopted by a family, and his new name is Oliver.

sadly, the UK seems to have rather lax animal cruelty laws. the police have said there is nothing they can charge her with.

Eh im not going to lie..I LOVE animals and I would still like to be able to drown michel vick in a bucket of water when he doesnt do well in a game.
But most animal abusers deserve some fairly major punishment. Kill them no. Jail time hell yha.

The majority of our babies are grey striped tabbies, so this really hits close to home. If someone did this to one of my babies, or to any other animal, and I caught them, they had better give their soul to Jesus, cause their butt is going to be mine. Abusing animals is one more form of bullying, and I hate bullies with a righteous passion. Thus endeth the sermon.

It's absolutely disgusting how she takes advantage of its friendly personality to coax it over with petting, and then just tosses it in the bin.

Humans...I'm embarssed to be one, or at least glad that i'm one of the one's who doesn't abuse animals. This type of stuff disgusts me to no ends if I met that woman and had the chance I would beat her. I know I know you can call me agressive But this is disgusting and can't help but feel more than sorry for the cat. I can't wait till this woman gets caught I hope they punish her badly

where does this woman live i'll unleash my cat on her. She's mean territorial clawing but i'd love her to the end of the world

People are disgusting -_- On a happier note the cat is at home safely with its family which is good. But you bet I'd be throwing that lady in some deep dark hole and see how she likes being stuck in there.

I just can't help wonder how can anyone even enjoy doing that? you throw cat in thrash can i'll get it out and throw it on u'r face if i would see it. and then pet the cat for scratching an eye out.


a few days ago i met this cute cat when i helped one of my friends move to their new place with three cats. One cat you can't do anything against it then to feel sorry for it. She/he lost an eye . The cat's weren't allowed in the house so i went outside to pet it. Very cute cat.

On an even happier note, I just caught glimpse of this cat on TV on a show called "The One Show". It showed the footage of the woman throwing the cat in the bin, then it showed one of the presenters of the show at the cat owner's house with gifts for the cat and were showing the cat care for the day.

I think it's just heartless what that woman did to that poor kitty. I agree with everyone: throw her in a hole and see how she likes it. I do think it's people like these that deserve to be *slits throat*. Animals are very delicate creatures, and they are all just as precious as their family members or species.

I agree exactly with you. Animal cruelty is, to me, the absolute most reprehensible, unforgivable, disgusting act one human being can carry out, and I advocate absolutely no leniency for the abusers. Of course, this will never happen because of some absurd notion that humans are above other animals.

Animal abuse is a completely sociopathic behaviour, and those who do abuse animals need to be seriously looked at by law enforcement and social services. It is a hallmark of larger, potentially dangerous issues and instead of some pitiful fine (if even that), the person should be looked at as a potentially dangerous offender and societal risk.

I'll be honest. I thought you meant something...well, funny. Like a silly kitty accidentally got in a box and the owner tossed it out and was like "oops, what are you doing in there!". Something harmless and one of those funny little pet stories about cats that get into suitcases and are found by it mirroring in the car. No one hurt and everyone chuckled at nosy kitties.

I can't believe that awful woman would just...do that deliberately to that poor animal. That's just plain disgusting and I hope someone does at least punch her right in the face for her behavior. I'd help pay their bail.

She's just another heartless, waste of bloody flesh. Why not just kill her then? One less mouth to feed in the world. She's JUST one worthless human. Not like we don't have billions, right?
