can someone link me a armory or give me tips on how to spec cunning?

Well it depends, are you going to be using the spec for pvp, pve, or soloing? There are different ways to spec it depending on what you want to do.

Oopse, linking from wowhead dosen't seem to be working. I'll just type it out then. This is the spec I use for my parrot, you don't have to copy it exactly.

1/1 Dive
1/2 Mobility
2/2 Owl's Focus
3/3 Spiked Collar
3/3 Culling the Herd
2/2 Cornered
2/2 Feeding Frenzy
1/1 Roar of Recovery
1/1 Wolverine Bite
2/2 Wild Hunt

No problem, glad to have been of help! However, I also prolly should of asked; what spec are you using this owl with? I just realized, my parrot's spec goes with BM pve. You won't be able to copy that spec without the extra talent points.

what about for marksmanship?

For marks, it's basically the same thing but a few less points. Just copy that, but don't spec in Mobility, Cornered, and only one point will go in Wild Hunt.
