So I tripped over Skoll this morning and snagged him for my last stable slot. I hadn't really asked for help before, but I'm kinda curious what people would name my pets, given my name.

I'll be renaming most of my pets for cata, so more names = more fail... or win. Its really a toss up.

I have right now:
Devilsaur = Rentazilla (homage to megatokyo)
purple Chimaera = Twilight (could probably use something more "twin chin" related)
Gondria = Zephyr (will probably keep this since Zephyr has been a favorite word since like FF3)
Wolf = Shakenbake (Taledaga Nights reference, but I'll probably let him go for something else after its not the "top dog" in Marks pet dps.
Skoll = Skoll (your fail name here)

Have at it guys. I've already thought of naming one of them Custer, because he was such a winner at diplomacy... Darwin comes to mind, since he has such an entertaining award named after him... Fustercluck was the name of my old rilla back when thunderstomp was such a signature thing...

Go crazy and just name all of the fail you can think of. I'm going to need all the names after taming half of Azeroth...

Well I normally named by pets after players I admire or loved, my Skoll was once named Feox and that name really clicked with Skoll for me (don't know why)
But i guess I can throw some other random ideas in there with some added lame-ness

Shewolf (Ive seen that on many wolf models ... my realm is odd)
Lycanthrope
Lycen
Ragnarok
Rahu
Howler

you should name him something basic, like:

Steve
Dave
Kevin
Charles
Bart

Decided to try a different approach...

StandsInPuddles was too long.
RunsWithPowerCords was WAY too long... but awesome...
Rammstein was not available.
Considered "Hati" due to it being related with the norse version of Skoll

Finally named him "ShockTherapy".

Because now my Alliance enemies will die...
being moonfire spammed to death by shock therapy...

I think you made a great choice.

My Skoll is named Hati. Skoll and Hati are the sons of Fenrir who is the son of Loki. Fenrir is supposed to devour Odin during Ragnarok and be killed by Thor after. Skoll is is trying to eat the sun, constantly following it around the sky, Hati is trying for the moon.

What a whimsical name! Good choice for Skoll.
Mine is named after Nylarothep, as I have a tendency to scour H. P. Lovecraft for names for mystical or otherworldly pets.
