well my car was stolen from my house last night with my sons car seat diaper bag and toys in there. so if i am not on or really just not talking i am sorry if i am or if i am jumpy in a bad mood. the chances of me getting my car back are slim since its a 1993 honda civic dx and those are popular out here as cars and got parts. So i apologize in advance..... tomorrow is my birthday... some birthday gift huh
UPDATE: my car was found a few citys over, the radio shifter knob cd holder and brake pedal cover i put in are gone, also my fiances backpack, my flashlights that where in there are also gone that we can tell of so far. I am just glad all my sons stuff is in there, just dumped all over. they killed the battery cause they left the headlights on ALL day >.< fail people fail. i told my family, karma is gonna come back at them hard and when it does, i hope it changes their life forever.

That's absolutely disgusting. It's one thing to steal a car, but to take one that has obvious evidence of a child? Ugh...how do people even do that.
I'm sorry you're having such bad luck Sil.

Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear about that. Yeah it's one thing to steal someone's car, but when there's obvious evidence that you need the vehicle to transport children, that's just messed up. I really hope they find your car and bring it back.

What idiotic people to do such things like that. Glad you got it back. Sounds like from what you didn't mention your kid's stuff are okay.

heh yeah i honestly figured the car would be stripped to nothing if they ever found it! being a honda civic and where i live... very popular car along with acura integras, eclipses, lancer and crv's. i think the one thing i laugh at that they took was the backpack the brake pedal cover and the damn cheap cd holder for the visor.. i mean really... heck the motor is worth over like a butt ton of money cause its a japense motor oO even the rims and steering wheel are worth more then any of the stuff they took but again thank goodness they didnt take em. im just glad to have my baby back. Yay my project car turned into a HUGE project car >.>
i have to say though the cop who came to my house to take the report and the one who found it.. damn they were hot oO

It sounds like some idiot teenagers being dumb. No offense meant to teenagers, but they couldn't be "professionals", which is good!
I'm very glad you got most of your stuff back, especially your son's!

I bet it's as popular as the 1997 Ford Explorers. For a few years, my dad and I have had our red Explorer be our daily driver, then he eventually bought a new 2007 Ford Explorer and the 1997 became my daily driver for a while. During those times even up after my dad got the 2007, we've had folks (mostly Mexicans) asking to buy our 1997 Explorer. Then, we had one night when someone attempted to steal the 1997 but the alarm went off and that scared the guy away. We never saw who it was, but my dad did hear a car screeching in the distance when he stepped outside. I had asked my dad why anyone would pick the 1997 over the 2007 (both Explorers were out in our driveway the night of the attempted theft); he said the 1997 have always been popular and just ran good for people, especially when it came to those heavy duty jobs.
