I got a new Saint pup on July 10th. He is to be my first show puppy. His parents are both champions and his daddy is in the top 20 for saints in the country. His older half brother, Swisstar's Davey V Haus Stessi just won the national championship in Russia. I am so proud of this boy. He is extremely smart and has progressed in his training faster than any other puppy I've had. He was 16 weeks old this monday, and he knows sit, down, stand, bark on command, paw, other paw, spin, and has an amazing start on heel. He also does the beginning of "Say no", where he targets my hands with his nose when they are on both sides of his head in quick succession. The final product will be him moving his head side to side on his own.

His full name is Swisstar's Hogosha Kiyoshi, which means 'Quiet Guardian' in Japanese. He goes by Yoshi or Yosh at home though.

Sorry I am late, you new pup is adorable! I've always liked Saint Bernards, they just aren't the dog for me. Personality and breed trait wise they aren't, I do love them though!

That is a BIG puppy. And only gonna get bigger.

But adorable at the same time! And from the sounds of it, a good learner too Good luck with training him, he does look gorgeous!
