Well, we got there at the same time, but I reacted first and tagged + trapped her, and abandoned my Oil Stained wolf, then she BREAKS my trap when I tame, making it hurt me, while she do dmg on it to take it off of me, then I get aggro again, start to tame without trap.
She then proceed to take aggro AGAIN, then I get it back, place trap, and tame. Then she breaks it AGAIN. and eventually I have to feign, with 200 hp left I still die :s
Then when I walk she actually tames it, I mean come on, THAT is dirty.
Anyways

That's mean. I have no respect for hunters who try to steal other's tames.

Ugh, people like that disgust me. Absolutely no empathy for others. Sorry you had to run into such a horrible person.

Yeah... I just left the camping spot there to check for Aotona. Small things like that may decide a tame or not.
Well, it was really a nice player, we have been talking and doing things this whole evening, chatting about random things.
I guess the adrenaline of a tame just runs one over, I have never, EVER had my heart beating that fast. Really, and in a game...
I will stay awake three hours more, then I'll sleep three hours, check, then sleep more.. then wake up 3 hours later.. then sleep.. I will find you loque, oh yes

Wow. I'd be furious with her. That just aint right. You tagged first therefore it's YOUR tame, not hers.

In one moment I said to myself I would ruin every single hunters tame I see, I would camp a rare and find a owner for it, then SLAY it in front of her eyes...
Though that was only for about 4 seconds, no worries (A)
Only after a few hours of camping, I got a pretty nice profit of
leather
So it wasn't all wasted time

I'd still be angry with her. I was peeved at my friend for 2 days cause they ran ahead and made me miss the Horde Version of Wrathgate.

I don't quite get it. Why is she in a group with you?

This has happened to me on my hunter more than you know. There should be a code of honor amongst hunters and if you don't follow it, you have to be marked so we can stay the heck away from you. lol.. ok I was kinda exaggerating the last part but it would be ideal.

Well I could shout at him for hours, only to get myself banned, ruining my chances further. Or I could take advantage of the give time tamed and keep an extra eye open in the known spawn times.
Inside me I am rather happy that he actually spawned after only a few hours camping... Don't know if you saw it, but I literally spent a year with on and off camping for this beast on my main, and I think, the beast was meant for me, considering he spawned on my camping spot.
Loque is ready to come, I know it. It was only bad luck here. Wish me luck, two hours until next possible spawn.
EDIT: Lovcat, I agree with you. I would have left the beast to him if he was the first who tagged and started to tame.

You'll get him, I know you will.
I *hate* hunters who play dirty like that. And I call bs on it "being someone else on the toon" - how would they have known to whisper you? *rolls her eyes* That's incredibly low and selfish. These are the hunters who I wish their pets could abandon of their own volition.

I believe theres always a silver lining to every cloud. I just hope that you are able to put this behind you quickly or that it will sweeten the victory of finally having that beautiful feline friend by your side.
I remember being a lost little barely two-week old lv 23 Night Elf in the Barrens waiting for Humar to spawn only to lose him to another hunter, twice. Ares, when I finally tamed him, is still hanging out with that first Night Elf almost 5 years later.

Forgive me Veph, but this doublepost is worth it!!! GOOD LORD!
edit: wasnt a doublepost :p
I think this is my reward, for not having hate against a hunter that crossed a friendship to tame a beast, thank you wow-lord, if you exist.
